We love the "What Makes A..." series from The Met. Good for learning all the little details of a particular artists' style and various works. The Picasso edition is especially cool because he went through so many different phases throughout his career as an artist. He is a favorite of my daughter's.The only bummer about this series is that there are not more books! Would love to see books about Kahlo and Warhol in particular. Also, they seem to be out of print.
